The targeted population is youth who have been referred to juvenile court for a delinquent/unruly charge, or who have already been adjudicated delinquent/unruly, and are at risk of being placed in DCS custody. It is important to bridge the gap between clinical research and counseling practice. WinGate Wilderness Therapy helps emerging adults from Tennessee, ages 18-28, through their young adult program, Expanse Wilderness. This webinar will provide a general overview of the program, the goals and objectives, a discussion about the application process, and a Q&A opportunity for participants.
